There are tons on the internet. Just punch "free rifle targets" into Google and you'll get dozens of hits. Most are pdf format and ready to print.

The first likely place to try would be a store that sells guns. Usually one can find accessories as well,such as ammunition,cleaning supplies and maybe targets. You should ask if there are any free items with or without a minimal purchase. Another possibility might be a shooting range. There is also the internet. Google search for free rifle targets.

You can create a target on your computer, using a paint style program. After you have created the target on your computer, you can print them out. You can also change the size and color of the target, to go along with your preferences. You wont have to purchase then from the range anymore.
