Where can I get advice on personal finance and budgeting?

I am not very good at all this and need some help.

For free advice, both the internet and your library are a wealth of information. There is an enormous array of various personal finance/budgeting programs; one caveat, though, is that it is wise to seek advice from a reputable source (e.g. the Wall Street Journal publishes various guides) because there are many finance "gurus" out there who give bad/risky advice.

They are many banks and financial companies that have financial advisors to help you sort out your personal finances, planning and budgeting.

Suze Orman has several excellent books on this subject. Crown Financial has decent classes on this subject. Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University is an excellent resource.

You had better go to your local bank and find a financial consultant,in most cases he will provide some detailed plans based on your circumstance, you two can develop further connections from time to time.You also can regularly buy some books and magazines regarding this topic to gain some knowledge.
