                                                          For free advice, both the internet and your library are a wealth of information.  There is an enormous array of various personal finance/budgeting programs; one caveat, though, is that it is  wise to seek advice from a reputable source (e.g. the Wall Street Journal publishes various guides) because there are many finance "gurus" out there who give bad/risky advice.
