Most hospitals have lactation specialist, however they are more likely to try and convince you to continue to breast feed than they are to advice you on drying up your breast. Try talking with your obgyn. In addition you may find some help in the book What to Expect the first year.

A local hospital or midwife should be able to refer you to a lactation specialist in your area. Although you could try drying them up without help, but wrapping the breasts in cabbage leaves, using Ibuprofin to minimize pain and tenderness, and wearing a tight fitting bra. Using a nasal decongestant can also help to dry up breast milk.

If you contact any local hospital they should be able to direct you to a lactation specialist. Most hospitals have at least one on staff that you should be able help you get in touch with. If for some reason they do not have one on staff, the maternity ward should at least be able to refer you to one.

The "La Leche League" offers such resources. Look them up online and once on their site, do a search for specialists in your area. Good Luck!
