One of his most influential works, Broadway Boogie-Woogie (1943) is in the Museum of Modern Art, New York. They also have Composition II in Red, Blue and Yellow (1942). The Art Institute of Chicago has one of his lozenge pieces, like Lozenge Composition in Yellow, Black, Blue and Gray (1921).

Mondrian's color field work is probably the most widely known and accessable works. Their images can be found all over the web, or in museums of contemporary art.

Your local library has a wealth of information on artists of all periods. Mondrian is best known for bold works using straight lines and geometric patterns, but as also worked extensively in oils and paintings based on nature. In Chicago, there is even a large sculpture designed by Mondrian near the Loop, off Dearborn Avenue.
