Simply google the term, "Tupac MySpace layouts" and you will find a plethora of them. There are also programs where you can follow a template and create your own layout.
You can probably find some good Tupac layouts if you search around on google. If however, you notice other people using them, an excellent thing to try out is to make your own layout.
