The General Motors Haynes Repair Manual covering the Chevrolet Venture, Oldsmobile Silhouette, Pontiac Trans Sport & Montana from 1997 thru 2005 includes wiring diagrams for all Chevy Ventures from 1997 through 2005. It is available online at the Haynes website.

The most reliable wiring diagrams would be available in a Factory Service Manual, available through your local Chevy dealer, or on the internet.

You can usually find these diagrams on the Chevy website. They have a list of PDF files which can be viewed online or even downloaded. You could also buy a hard copy of the manual with diagram in your local automotive shop.

You can find these diagrams on the Chevy website. They have them uploaded as PDFs and even allow you to download hard copies if need be. Then you could always check an automotive store for a proper copy.
