Where can I find a recipe for the KFC batter?

It is nearly impossible to find the exact KFC recipe, as it is sent to the stores prepackaged. It is a truly guarded secret recipe. However, a good approximation is to add an envelope of dry Italian dressing mix to your flour. It will have a similar flavor.

You can try doing an internet search for it but I truly do not think you are going to find it those things are pretty closely guarded because of it being owned by a frachise.

My great great grandmother was the sister to mister KFC himself. I have the recipe for this. Most of the empoloyees that work there no the recipe. Unfortunately now it is all blended up in a bag. Ask a employee they would know the ingredients to the batter.
