The best best for that is to go to the Lou Gehrig official website. You can get a copy of the transcript on that website. You can also see the video there. If you are interested in a hard copy of the speech or a tape or CD of the speech that can be obtained as well.

There is a website which is easy to find on the internet, just type his first name/last name followed by . It has the full text of Gehrig's Farewell Speech, including audio clips. The most famous quote from the speech states: "...Yet today I consider myself the luckiest man on the face of this earth."

If all you want is the actual wording, I found it online in about ten seconds by doing a Google search. It is actually quite moving. But if you are looking for a "hard copy" you will occassionally see them for sale on places like eBay.
