School uniform shops sell all sorts of uniforms including caps and gowns. You can also try to order them on line at specialty shops. Costume shops like Party city sell caps and gowns.

you can buy graduation caps at any college book store - that is where they sell caps and gowns for college graduates. another way that might be cheaper is just to look at costume shops online they often sell odds and ends like that that could be useful for you if you need to buy several hats

Contact local high schools and find out from which company their students buy their caps and gowns. Discounts may be available for bulk sales.

The first place I would look would be Herff-Jones. If you want used graduation caps I suggest you look on ebay. Craigs List might also offer some graduation caps. You can look online for the information.
