Where are some show-jumping courses in the US?

If you mean the Equestrian nature, I'm not sure. I believe there are some schools or instructors out west in Kentucky where those sort shows are still popular. Or do you mean skiing where you can take lessons up in the Poconos.

If you mean jumping on skis, then I would go to Lake Placid, NY where the winter Olympics were in 1980. It is a great facility and is still used to practice on.
