The earliest would be within days of implantation which occurs around three weeks of pregnancy. However at this time most women have yet to discover that they are in fact pregnant. Most abortions do not occur till at least six to eight weeks of pregnancy and can be obtained up to the third month.

The earliest is as soon as you find out thatyou are pregnant you can have an abortion ,but the last is when you are four months pregnant after that you cannot have an abortion.
