When is it appropriate to get teeth flippers for children?

If he still has his baby teeth it is not necessary for him to wear one. It is good for them to wear one if they have adult teeth in and have lost one or more so the other teeth do not move around.

i think its good for kids who have spaces between there teeth to have a flipper
