When ever I start my car it will run for a second and then shut itself off, what could the problem be?

Car needs a tune up. Fuel pump may be shutting off. Have fuel pressure test done and replace fuel filter

Check to make sure that all of your air hoses are properly connected. If one of them came unclamped simply replace the clamp and tighten with a phillips head screwdriver.

Start by checking the basics of the car issues. Make sure the car has plenty of gas and that the electrical starter as well as the alternator or battery are all in working order.

there could be a lot of problems with this it could be simple or even big. there could be water in your gas and it would make it run bad. your fuel pump could be going,your spark plugs might have to be changed, or your alternator is starting to get bad
