What's the new "Punisher 2" movie like?

The movie is better than expected but still not worth your time unless your pretty bored. The first one is really tons better.

The movie "Punisher 2," in relation to the first "Punisher" movie, was really an awful film. The plot wore thin really quickly and it was clearly just a way for the beneficiaries of the movie to make money without trying too hard.
