That all depends on what relationship you had with your ex-spouse. e.g. If you were still friends, then yes. If you haven't spoken and have no children, no.

Follow your heart. You may regret not going or your presence may create unnecessary drama, depending on the situation. If your ex had remarried, be respectful of the new spouse's wishes. Also consider the feelings of children involved.

It's going to depend on the relationship you had post-divorce, your relationship with his family, and if he has remarried. If your relationship post-divorce was a cordial one, it's perfectly acceptable to attend his funeral. If he's remarried, make sure you stay in the background and don't upstage his widow.
