Going by train is possible but you probably need to switch trains. Also, it's going to be more expensive than a flight so Isuggest you to check low cost flights and enjoy the trip ;)

Yes you can, but be prepared to spend a lot of money, time and be aware to get all the changes of train in a lot of stations. The best way is to find a low cost carrier or even a "standard" flight company that operates that route. Just google for "flight london moscow"
