The only one I can think of is archaeo- as in archaeology, but the prefix pre- also means before so it is often used.

Depending on what the ultimate meaning of the word is, "paleo" might be a good option. "Paleo" is a term that is used as a prefix meaning "old" or "ancient". e.g. paleoanthropia (the study of prehistoric humans)or paleontology (ancient life). It can also specifically referring to the "Paleolithic Era", also called the "Old Stone Age."
