Make sure you don't have head louse! Otherwise, there are several product that treat this problem. Andrelon& Head and Shoulders both have shampoo's that can treat this.

You should try washing your hair more infrequently. If you wash your hair too much you can dry out your scalp. Or, it is possible you could be allergic to your shampoo.
