I often find discount scrapbook materials at Walmart and Target in the clearance section. Also you can often get a bulk lot of materials on ebay. I also check craigs list for people selling there lot or I have also seen people giving away stuff on freecycle. Michaels and AC moore have 40-50% off coupons in the paper.
