One recipe that i use every summer consists of a little ketchup, brown and white sugar, black pepper, onion powder, lemon juice, vinegar, and worcestershire sauce.
I like to make sure my meat is clean by thoroughly washing it off. Depending on my mood, I like to marinate my meat for a few hours or overnight. I found that any Italian Salad Dressing is very good for marinating. It tenderizes the meat very well. It comes out very tasty.
