There's always the poop in the diaper game, where you melt various candy bars and put them into disposable diapers, and the guests have to try and figure out what kind of candy bar it is. Also, best toilet paper diaper contest.

Fill a bowl with cotton balls, blindfold someone and see how many they can scoop out with a ladle. This is not as easy as it looks! Also, you can play bingo while opening the gifts. Have cards set up with common gifts (blankets, pacifiers) and each time a gift is opened, mark it off.
