WPA codes are dependent on the wi-fi network, not on the machine that is accessing it. You need the password from the wireless router. That's the WPA code you need to enter into the PSP. Note that you need PSP firmware 2. 0 or higher in order to use WPA.

The Sony Playstation Portable (PSP) supports the wireless b network protocol, and the WEP wireless security the difficulty is, Sony has not enabled wireless G or WPA encryption. Unfortunately 802. 11g is faster and has WAP is more secure than WEP. It is not clear why Sony has chosen not to support these technologies.

WPA is a type of network encryption used for wireless networking. It is generated by the router and you need to input this to access the network.

The WPA code is the code you need to access your local wireless network. You will need the password or code for whatever network you are trying to access. For security reason each network administrator selects their own password so that the network is secure and unwanted users are kept out. Contact the person who administrates your network.
