What would make a Honda Civic "custom"?

ANy modifications that alter the vehicle from stock. they can be apreance mods. enigne upgrades, interior details.Anything that makes your car unlike any other stock Civic is considered custom.I recomend a custom paint job and wheels

The term "custom" has a pretty loose meaning. Basically it can be used to describe any vehicle that has been modified from stock form by it's owner.
