Under the hood of your Honda Civic, you will find the radiator fan relay is located inside the fuse relay box.

Try finding it in the fuse box. It should be labeled as such. Getting it out should be a simple task using your fingers. If not, gently use a flat screwdriver.

It located on the left hand side of thermostat housing. It has a green wire and a black wire going to it.
