It could be a number of things, but I suggest going to you doctor. One of the things it could be, if you're getting them before your menstruation, are cysts, and they are fairly normal.

Since there are numerous possible explanations for the appearance of vaginal lumps, it is imperative that you seek the help of medical doctor to issue of proper diagnosis and outline a treatment if one is available. Do not attempt to self-diagnose or seek advice from the internet. See a physician to examine the lumps, in particular, your gynocologist.

Non-malignant cysts are lump-like growths that may develop within the vagina. Cysts are harmless and painless provided that they do not grow to be large enough to cause abdominal pain or painful intercourse. They may block menstraul flow and interfere with fertility. All growths should be assessed by a physician.

Anytime you have some sort of lump that you can explain in your vaginal area you should make an appointment with your regular gynetologist to make sure its not serious.
