A hole in your earlobe can result for some sort of bug bite. You should not spontaneously get a hole ther otherwise. Make sure that you did not pop a pimple or removed a mole causing a break in the skin. Consult a doctor for possible skin cancer.

A flesh-eating bacteria or something that is diseases the tissue of the ear. This is not a normal process, so see a doctor right away.
