An eyelid twitch seems to be a very common issue between people. From my personal experience, when I do experience eye lid twitches, either upper or lower, in many cases my cause is from extremely high levels of stress. To fix the situation, take a warm cloth, leave it over your eye for half an hour, and keep doing so.

Many things can set off a twitch. Fatigue and lack of potassium are two main causes. Try eating a banana and get plenty of sleep.

This can be caused by fatigue, stress, or just random muscle spasming. Its best to rest more and just wait for it to go away.

Fatigue could cause it indirectly. Many people experience facial twitching due to stress. Fatigue can lead to, or be a result of, stress.
