The Hillborough disaster was a human stampede that happened at Hillsborough in Sheffield England inside football stadium. People rushed each other inside the stadium causing others to be trampled resulting in 96 deaths. They said that bad police control was one of the causes.
96 people were crushed to death when supporters rushed into the Hillsborough Stadium. Too many people were allowed into overcrowded pens, while the rest of the stadium was below capacity.
