What vitamins are good for your hair, skin, and nails?

I am allergic to seafood--in case that makes a difference.

Vitamin's A, B, C, E & K all contain nutrients that contribute to healthy hair, smooth skin and hard nails - In addition, B3, B5 & B6 are also important vitamin elements and are commonly found in foods such as bananas, eggs, fish, nuts, oats, whole grains, beans, peas, chicken, turkey, pork and wheat germ.

It is also believed that fish oil supplements assist in adding health and shine to hair in particular. Look for a mercury-free brand if choosing supplements.
