The best thing to do is refer to the style guide that you're using for the paper. Generally, a bibliography entry's first line is flush to the left margin with subsequent lines in that entry indented five spaces, or whatever distance is indicated by the style guide.

Double spaced or "hanging" indents should be used. A. 5 hanging indent is standard. The first line of entry should be flush left and subsequent lines should indented by 1/2 inch. Press Control+T to turn the indent on and Ctrl+Shift+T to turn it off.

Do not indent the beginning of a citation. Once the citation overflows to another line, the second and all following lines are indented half an inch.
