I believe any time is a good time. However, I would avoid hurricane season if possible. You will notice the rates on hotels and cruises will decease in price during this time of year. Some people like to take advantage of the lower rates but your taking a risk.

The best time to visit St. Lucia would be Beginning of December. Hurricane Season is Gone,still low season, still summer not that many tourists and restaurants are functionals

St. Lucia's weather is generally good year round. The average high and low temperature do no vary much from the upper 70's to 90 degrees. St. Lucia is prone to hurricanes in the early fall (August - October). There is also a good carnival in July.

You probably want to avoid the summer, it can get really hot. Too hot! The fall can be tricky too because of hurricane season. The winter makes the perfect time. It's temperate and beautiful.
