What suggestions do you have for a toddler that I am unable to discipline?

I need help with this child, before she drives me up the wall.

All toddlers test the limits; no particular discipline works immediately. The only way to cure the disobedience is being consistent and giving it time. Over the next few months, if you are consistent, she will learn to obey. Also, discipline should occur immediately when she misbehaves. The exact punishment is not that important; the key is consistency.

Take a parenting class, read some books, get a coach. Deal with this now because if you think an undisciplined toddler is hard to deal with, wait until he or she is a teen. You can learn to discipline your child and you and your child will be better off.

A toddler is a toddler. First things first start by giving them a time out. Another thing to try is taking things that they enjoy. Examples, a toy, tv time, or videos.

Teach the child the rules and what happens when they are broken, then stick with it. Take away privilages or put her in time out as punishment. Do not loose your patience, hit, or curse at the child. Reward her when she does something right.
