A mild soap such as Dove or Aveeno should be used. Even with mild soaps, the amount used should be kept to minimum to prevent dryness.

The best soap for any condition is clindymicin. Any soap that does not contain soap elements but is pure natural will be the best for your skin condition. Or the best thing to do is use honey. It always helps.

You can use soap that won't make your skin dry. Use a baby soap or a mild soap specially the one with anti-bacterial ingredients.
