Level 7 requires handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, roundoff-backhandsprings, back flips, front flips, and all of those in sequence. One must be excellent on the balance beam, bars, floor, and vault exercises.
You will need to learn the handstand backstand, chartwheel, summer salt, and the simple flip. This is the most hardest stage that you are learning since you are learning so much and the level is immediate when it comes to learning this level. The more practice the better you will be.
