Pretty much any brain tumor symptom can be mistaken for another health problem. These symptoms include headaches, dizziness, seizures, vomiting, weakness, and so on. A brain tumor has no symptoms that are uniquely a symptom just of a brain tumor. If any of these symptoms last be sure to see your doctor.

Some symptoms include exhaustion; changes in speech, vision or hearing; changes in balance, walking or coordination; and headaches. These symptoms overlap with those of strokes, reduced blood flow to the brain (such as blocked carotid arteries), and encephalitis.

A well known symptom of a brain tumor is headache. Of course, people can have regular tension headaches or migraines and not have a tumor.
