The average pregnant uterus measures one centimeter per week. At eleven weeks, you should measure around eleven centimeters. See your physician.

If you are eager and curious than go for an ultrasound and it will reveal wether you have twins or not.

At 11 weeks, you should not be able to measure the uterus in cm. Externally it should just be below the pubic symphisis--the hard spot where the bones of the pelvis come together in the front. With an internal exam, it should be about the size of an orange.

If a normal uterus measure one cenemeter per week, you should be around eleven inches, if it's more than that you might be blessed with a double dose or just s healthy growing baby.

Measurements are going to vary based on your body frame and if you have been pregnant before. By this time if you were pregnant with twins your doctor would have notice by hearing more than one heart beat or it would have been indicated in the first ultrasound. While the thought of multiples is exciting it is also more work

There isn't really a way to measure the uterus at 11 weeks because at that point, the uterus is still behind the pelvic bone. Ultrasound will determine twins.

Your uterus should measure 1 cm per week so about 11 cm. A normal Gestational Sac should measure 41 mm.

30 mm (1.2 inches) in length from crown to rump, and weighs about 8 grams. At this time is when the head is starting to form as well as the other body parts and organs but it should be minimal and if you are having twins I had twins it is pretty normal to start showing a bit early.

Average would be around 15-16 centimeters. When you doctor measures you during appointments he can tell you if you are measuring larger than normal. Ultrasound soon too.
