What does it mean if I am 6 weeks pregnant and there is nothing to see?

If you're 6 weeks pregnant, your uterus is not empty, the baby just hasn't developed enough for you to see it yet.

There often is not anything to see as the baby is something like the size of a marble. I could not tell my wife, who is thin, was pregnant until near the 3rd month. If you are concerned you should speak to your gynocologist about it he/she can provide you with the knowledge and reassurance you will need.
