Your resting heart rate during pregnancy should be just like normal anywhere from 60 beats per minute to 100 beats per minute. Anything more than 100 would be tachycardic and anything below 60 in bradycardic and both of these ailments need medical especially during pregnancy. Blood pressure may however, be elevated during pregnancy and that can be normal.

It should be between 75 and 115 but thats just an average. If you know your heartrate before being pregnant just add 5-20 beats per minute to that and that is what it should be. But basically any heart rate below 140 is fine and healthy for a pregnant woman.
