Sucker fish like hiding places and algae. They keep tank clean and you can supply food naturally if sun shines on tank daily, permitting algae to grow.

Sucker fish are great! They clean algae off the walls of your aquarium and off of plant leaves and other surface. If there isn't any algae, you should buy sinking food pellets to make sure they get enough nutrition. Also, some sucker fish are nocturnal, and may dig or stir around the gravel.

Sucker fish are easy to care for and can grow to large proportions. They get along with almost all other fish and are a great way to keep your aquarium clean. Its best to buy a smaller one so that you dont buy one too large for your aquarium. They will not generally outgrow their environment.
