What should I know about repotting dumb cane?

Dumb cane should be repotted in the spring. You need to take your plant out of the pot it is currently in and after knocking off any excess dirt, loosen the roots and place your dumb cane in a larger container. Be sure that the soil you replant it in is a fast draining soil.

It is very important to rember to take long cuttlings and place them in water for atleast two weeks once the roots take growth plant three inches deep with a high nitrogen pre fertlized soil while keeping in mind the amount of light the dumb cane gets. if well taken care these plants will live a long time.

If you are going to re pot your dumb cane plants then you will need to do a few things. You will need to make sure you do not hut the roots.
