First of all, Moen is a terrible company. They are supposed to be so good, but we have had nothing but trouble with them. We have had to replace our shower knobs 4 times in 1 year and now our sink is leaking. We plan to get a different brand and replace them all together. They are useless.
Turn off faucet's control valves; remove faucet's handle cap, handle, brass keeper cap, and old stem. Install new stem. Replace brass keeper cap, faucet handle then reopen faucet's control valves.
