Make sure the wheel well clearance is enough to support the wheel size you are looking for. For bigger tires sometimes a lift kit of some sort is required in order to accomodate bigger wheel/tire sizes.
Honestly it's not all that big of a deal. On a truck put as big of Wheels(rims) and or tires you can fit. Low profile tires car and will make it for a bumpy ride. Watch to make sure you can turn your wheelwithout them rubbing.
