What should I know about BMA Baptists and closed communion?

BMA Baptists was created in South around 1920. They follow structure od closed communion based on 1 Corinthians 11:27-31. Only church members are allowed to participate in closed communion.This group has a great number of churches in USA. They have missionary work abroad and support independent baptist missionaries.They don't believe in one-church dictatorship

BMA Baptists were created in the South in the early 1920's. They are pretty conservative. They often do closed communions which are only for members of the church.

A closed BMA Baptists communion means that only regenerated church members from your assembly can be present.BMA Baptists follow the structure of closed communion based upon I Corinthians 11:27-31: "Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning..."

The BMA is the Baptist Missionary Association and it is a great group of churches. I am very familiar with them and hope my mistake in the order of their intitials did not confuse you. Thanks and may the Lord bless you and guide you.

BMA baptists are baptists that do a lot of charity work and are mostly considered "southern baptists" because majority of them live in texas. Closed communion is something that is practiced by religions (including Baptists) that beleive you shouln't take communion unless you are a member of that particular church.
