If a person is less than honest in his dealings with one, he will be the same with another. It does mean that you will never be able to trust him completely, and trust is very important in any relationship. I'd be careful if I were you.

You can't know for sure if he will cheat on you if he is sneaky, but why take that chance? Huge red flags go up if he is keeping information from you. I think you should talk to him about it, and if he doesn't change, I would leave. Why waste time wondering if he is being truthful?

If he is sneaking around, I wouldn't trust him. It means he's got something to hide from you. I would say it's likely he is cheating, or will cheat.

It does not necessarily mean he will cheat on you but it does mean he may be insecure or maybe even hiding something. You should talk to him and tell him you're uncomfortable with him keeping secrets. A relationship should be open and both people should feel okay with talking to one another.

People who hide things usually have something to hide. While being sneaky does not necessarily mean he will cheat on you, it is a warning sign.
