Feeding an infant with Stridor can cause issues depending on the severity of the case. You will want to make sure you report any signs of physical distress, frequent spitting up and vomiting. These can be signs of GER which will only aggrivate Stridor.

Keep the child up at least at at least a 25 degree angle when feeding. Watch for choking signs and the baby's color. If it appears to be interferring with feeding for example choking, frequent breaks or having problems gaining weight then see your pediatrician.

Be careful not to feed to fast. Let the infant breathe between bites or sips. Watch the child for signs of breathing difficulty. If the child is not making audible noises, or barely wheezing, you might need to give the child rescue breaths. Take a CPR class to learn more.
