You can't force someone to be in a relationship with you. Depending on how long you've been together, you may want to try couples counseling to work things out.

If the two of you are still together and she is wondering this, it is good news for you. This means that she does want the relationship to work, otherwise you wouldn't still be together. Have an open and extremely honest talk and discuss all of the issues she has to see if you want to make your relationship work.

It's time to move on. That's all you can do. If your girlfriend doesn't like you anymore then there is nothing to base your relationship on.

The mature thing to do is allow your girlfriend some space to work through her issues. If she continues to have doubts, then the obvious, though sometimes hurtful, thing to do is break up.
