What should I do if I'm pregnant and I stretched a ligament on my stomach?

Stretching of ligaments in pregnancy is normal and quite painful. There really is nothing to do about it just try to to make sudden movements especially in bed when you roll over.

If you are certain you have stretched a ligament, you should contact your OB/GYN for his or her suggestion. Depending on your situation, they will likely prescribe a medication safe for consumption during pregnancy. Try to take it easy. If possible, elevate your feet and rest.

Not every pregnant woman will experience this ligament pain,but in most woman it is common. This changes are unavoidable and there are no proven preventive exercises or remedies for this pain.

Take Tylenol it is a safer pain reliever for pregnancies. Lots of rest will help too, if you are very concerned about things I recommended to visit a doctor!
