Vomiting is a common dog ailment. Withhold food and give dog ice cubes occasionally. If dog seems ok after four hours, give it pedialyte and water mixed half and half and this will help prevent dehydration. Introduce bland food a few bites at a time several hours later. Pepto Bismol may help also.

If he is just switching from milk to food, try adding less food and more milk to his diet. Make sure he is not eating too quickly. And get some Capture for cleaning.
