If it's fleas allergies, make sure she's always clean as well as her environment, keeping her indoors is very important. Change her food to see if it could be a food allergy, if possible cook for her with a diet high in proteins.

Check your cat's gums for redness. It may have an infected tooth but your cat could also have Distemper. Your best option is to take your cat to a vet.

Try keeping your cat inside for a while if she is not already. You may want to try a different type of cat food for older cats. You may also want to make sure the area she stays in is clean. Of course check with your vet. Good luck.

Get your cat to a vet to make sure she does not have an upper respiratory infection as these can get quite serious.

You need to take your cat to you veterinarian to check for feline leukemia and/or AIDS if you haven't had these tests already completed.
