It sounds as though your boyfriend is using emotional blackmail to manipulate the outcome of your arguments. That's not a good sign; this one might not be a keeper. The next time he uses this threat during a fight, let him leave.

You should leave him; obviously it's not working out for him. Either he has doubts that emerge whenever you argue or he's using it as a threat to keep you. Whichever way, that's no good for a long term relationship and you should cut your losses.

If he threatens to end the relationship because you do not agree with him, there are two possibilities: 1. He is immature and cannot accept someone of differing opinions. He's not ready for a relationship. 2. He is controlling and uses threats of leaving to force agreement. Leave, now.

You should get rid of him. It sounds like he has not grown up and is not ready for a long-term relationship. He is using the arguements are a scapegoat, he wants to run but kinda wants to stick around and see what happens. You can find someone stable.

My personal opinion is to sit down with him and let him know how much this bothers you and that he needs to work on it. If you've already done this then next time he pulls that crap I'd say fine....go.
